Is this app free for users?
Yes and it always will be, you are welcome to donate, but it costs the user nothing to grow accept time and a willingness.
Is our data safe?
We are GDPR compliant and have a robust IT infrastructure to support the encrypted data we hold, we run regular tests and ensure we monitor the site from external threats. We are registered with the ICO and have robust systems in place to ensure that your data is protected.
Who has access to my data?
You are ultimately in control, we gather data to improve systems for you and help improve systems, you choose who you give access to and what they can see. We recommend you invite others to support you, but you can change accessibility from your settings at any time.
Can people buy my data?
We do not sell data. The Growth App allows for impact reports to be generated for companies that have a direct impact and who you interact with, even then they receive anonymised data and no identifiable information is provided
What separates you from other directories?
We are a platform that offers more than a list of names and numbers, our sole purpose is to provide wrap around support and nudge and guide, the resources and guides and tools offer a personalised outcome that starts from the journey you choose.
Can I as a Hero access the work I have done to show the steps I have taken towards growth?
Currently we offer you this via your dashboard, this may be downloadable in the future.
As a Charity or CIC how can I register?
You can be invited to, be recommended or register your interest to set up as a Guide and we will verify your status.
It appears the free version only allows 3 free seats?
Larger organisations who wish to use the app for onboarding and messaging and referrals will be able to pay for additional seats if they choose to upgrade.
I have heard I can download data as part of an impact report?
You are correct, this is a premium service that you pay for and which allows you the ability to download data which is relevant to your interactions, ratings, resources and niche, but will be be anonymised.
I work for Prison or Probation, what features do you offer and can we register?
Yes, we support reintegration from before release, please contact us to find out more and how you can be part of our pilot and beta testing.
Why are you not a charity?
We believe that a social enterprise can be sustainable without relying on grants and funding pots alone, we have a charitable partner and regularly donate to further our research and support work in this niche.
When will you do a National rollout?
Our first priority is to ensure this beta is a working model that adds value and measures impact and once the MVP is proven, we will use that as a stepping stone to raise awareness and finance and build this out Nationally.
