With over 20 years of experience in corrections technology, I am passionate about using IT solutions and enterprise architecture to create innovative and effective environments for justice, prisons, and correctional services. I am a consultant who specializes in helping customers with the development of digital strategies and implementation of smart and flexible IT solutions for corrections, based on the real needs and goals of the business and the users, both staff and the individuals under supervision. As a board member of the International Corrections and Prisons Association, I contribute to the global vision and strategy of the organization by sharing my insights and expertise on the latest trends and developments in corrections technology. I am also a certified enterprise IT architect, and a laureate of a Global Enterprise & ICT Architecture Excellence Award in 2013, thanks to the teamwork and innovative thinking within my organisation.
